Cash on Delivery

Available on most pincodes for standard editions, capped at 2 units. Prepaid orders get ₹100 off as a reward and dispatch first. Collector and Deluxe editions ship prepaid only.

Returns & replacements

Unopened kits (tamper band intact): free return and full refund within 7 days. Opened kits are non-returnable — a case file's value transfers on first reading. Damaged, missing, or misprinted components are replaced free with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
