Refund & Return Policy

Returns. Unopened kits (tamper band intact) — free return and full refund within 7 days of
delivery. Opened kits are non-returnable, because a case file’s full value transfers on first
reading — the same reason we never resell a returned, read case as new.

Replacements. Damaged-in-transit, missing, or misprinted components are replaced free — send
photos to support@kaalganjfiles.in within 48 hours of delivery. Individual exhibits are replaced
individually; you won’t wait for a full-kit swap unless the damage warrants it.

Refund timelines. Initiated within 24 hours of approval; 5–7 business days to reflect via
Razorpay. COD refunds via UPI transfer.

Cancellations. Full refund any time before dispatch. Your impression number returns to the
run; numbers from dispatched orders stay burned to that order.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows no delivery scan for 10+ days, we ship a replacement or
refund immediately — you never wait on a courier investigation.

Grievance officer. support@kaalganjfiles.in — acknowledged within 72 hours.
